4.2 Impersonation and Fake Accounts
Impersonating someone else is prohibited.
Creating fake accounts to manipulate engagement, monetization, or voting is prohibited.

Engage in debates respectfully and avoid inflammatory language.
Disruptive behavior that undermines the community experience is prohibited.

Multiple accounts to bypass enforcement are prohibited.

Fraudulent activity (fake accounts, manipulated views, or engagement) may result in immediate removal from monetization programs.

Winderk may request verification documents for eligibility.

Users must not share private data of others without consent.
Sharing sensitive data without permission can lead to removal of content and legal action.

Users can delete their content anytime.
Winderk may retain content for legal, security, or policy enforcement purposes.
