Terms of Service — Social Challenges & Rewards

1. Eligibility & Verification

Only users who have completed Winderk’s official verification and display the blue tick are eligible to create or join challenges. Unverified users may browse challenges but cannot lock contributions.

Failure to comply with verification requirements may cause forfeiture of ongoing challenges and account restrictions.

2. Nature of Challenges

Winderk challenges are social opinion engagements, not gambling. Participants lock contributions to express support for a position. The platform’s intent is to reward accurate or verified outcomes — not to facilitate games of chance.

Example: A verified user posts: “It won’t rain today.” Another verified user locks a contribution to disagree.

3. Challenge Types

  • Open Challenge — Public and visible to all verified users; anyone may participate.
  • Closed Challenge — Invitation-only; only selected verified users may join.

4. Contribution & Lock System

The Challenger sets an initial contribution amount. Responders may lock an equal or lesser amount to participate. All locked contributions are held securely and are non-refundable until the challenge concludes.

5. Rewards, Refunds & Platform Fee

After a challenge concludes, the winning side receives the pooled locked contributions, less a 10% platform fee applied to the total pool prior to distribution. This fee supports platform maintenance, verification, and instant reward processing.

Example: If a Challenger opens a challenge with $10 and only $2 is matched, the remaining $8 is refunded to the Challenger. The winner receives $4 (the $2 from each side) minus the platform fee.

6. Determination of Outcomes

Outcomes are resolved by community consensus, verifiable public evidence agreed by participants, or moderator review. Winderk may intervene or temporarily hold rewards where outcomes are disputed or insufficiently verifiable.

7. Platform Fees

Winderk charges a 10% operational commission on completed challenges to sustain operations and services.

8. Disputes & Resolution

Disputed outcomes are reviewed by moderators. Moderator decisions are final. Fraud or manipulation may result in reward revocation and account termination.

9. User Conduct

  • Do not create misleading, harmful, or illegal challenges.
  • Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or spam.
  • Participate honestly and respect other users.

Violations may lead to challenge cancellation, forfeiture of funds, or permanent suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

Winderk is a facilitator. We do not assume responsibility for user statements, outcomes, or disputes. Users accept responsibility for their contributions.

11. Amendments

Winderk may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
