  • Free: Access basic features like reading receipts, seeing who viewed you, and sending unlimited messages (limited features).

  • Premium ($5/month): 250 messages per month, unlock conversations, see who liked you, and monthly boosts.

  • Gold ($50/month): Unlimited messages, advanced visibility, premium gifts, read receipts, and monthly boosts.

Yes. Earned credits can be withdrawn to your bank account or digital wallet, but Winderk charges a 30% processing fee on withdrawals.

Credits are Winderk’s virtual currency. Users can buy credits to send messages or digital gifts. 1 credit equals $0.01. Credits earned by receiving gifts can be withdrawn, but a 30% platform fee applies upon withdrawal.

Users can send digital gifts like caps, gems, or crowns to express interest. Each gift has a credit value. Gifts are visible to recipients and help show engagement or appreciation in a fun, interactive way.

Yes. Winderk takes privacy seriously. All personal data is stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy. Users should also follow safety tips when sharing information or meeting new people.

You can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Make sure your email account is secure to prevent unauthorized access.

Yes. You can cancel Premium or Gold subscriptions at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable.

How can I purchase credits?

Credits can be purchased directly through the Winderk platform using supported payment methods such as debit/credit cards, digital wallets, or other local payment options. Simply choose the amount of credits you want, confirm the payment, and the credits will appear in your account instantly.

Winderk subscriptions (Premium $5/month, Gold $50/month) are billed monthly. You can pay with the same methods as credits. Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

No. All purchases of credits and subscriptions are non-refundable. Please double-check your selections before confirming payment. Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of payment errors or duplicate charges, which must be reported immediately to support.

Users can withdraw credits earned from gifts received by other users. Upon withdrawal, Winderk charges a 30% platform fee, and the remaining funds are transferred to your linked bank account or digital wallet. Withdrawals may take 1-5 business days to process.

Yes. Winderk uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your payment information. We do not store full card details on our servers. Always ensure you make payments through the official Winderk platform to avoid scams.

Do you ship physical items?

Yes, Winderk occasionally sells items that can be shipped. While this is rare, all available physical items will clearly indicate if shipping is possible. Shipping fees, delivery times, and tracking information will be provided at checkout.

Since shipping is rare, returns are handled case by case. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact Winderk support immediately at support@winderk.com. Our team will guide you on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
