1. Eligibility to Use Winderk
1.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Winderk is intended for individuals who meet the minimum legal age requirement to use online social media services. Users must be 13 years of age or older, or the minimum age required by local law in their jurisdiction if higher.
By creating an account, you affirm and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts that do not meet these requirements may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.
1.2 Legal Capacity
Users must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws. This means:
You are not a minor under your local jurisdiction unless legally permitted to use social media.
You are not restricted from online activities by court order, law, or regulation.
1.3 Restricted Individuals and Jurisdictions
Certain individuals, organizations, or jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing Winderk due to:
Legal prohibitions under local or international law
Sanctions imposed by governments
Winderk’s risk management policies
Winderk reserves the right to block, suspend, or restrict access to users or regions as necessary.
1.4 Account Responsibility
Each account is the responsibility of the individual who created it. Users must ensure:
Accurate personal information
Confidentiality of login credentials
Proper reporting of unauthorized access
Sharing accounts, selling them, or creating multiple accounts without permission is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed under Winderk policies.
2. Account
Creation Process
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account, users must provide:
A valid email address or phone number
Full legal name or chosen display name
Date of birth
Agreement to the Terms of Service and all applicable policies
2.2 Verification Process
Winderk may require verification to ensure account authenticity. Verification methods include:
Email confirmation
Phone number confirmation
Government-issued ID or official documents for identity confirmation
Biometric or facial verification for advanced features
Verification may be mandatory for monetization, account recovery, or access to sensitive features.
2.3 Account Security
Users are responsible for securing their accounts. Winderk recommends:
Strong, unique passwords
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Logging out from shared or public devices
Reporting suspicious activity immediately
Winderk is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
3. Single Account Rule
3.1 One Account per Person
Unless explicitly authorized by Winderk, users may only maintain one personal account. Multiple personal accounts can result in suspension or permanent removal of all related accounts.
3.2 Exceptions
Business, organization, or fan accounts may require multiple accounts under a single user, subject to Winderk’s approval.
Developers or partners using APIs may maintain separate accounts for operational purposes.
3.3 Account Naming and Identity
Users must use their real identity or a display name that does not mislead other users.
Impersonation of other individuals, public figures, or organizations is prohibited.
Nicknames, stage names, or brand names are allowed only when clearly indicated in profile.
4. Account Verification for Monetization and Special Features
4.1 Eligibility for Monetization
Users who wish to earn rewards, revenue, or compensation through Winderk must:
Complete full account verification
Be at least 18 years old (or local legal age for monetary transactions)
Adhere to all content and community standards
4.2 Verification Steps
Verification may include:
Submitting government-issued identification
Linking a bank account or digital wallet
Passing security checks to confirm ownership of provided information
4.3 Compliance and Fraud Prevention
Accounts found to engage in fraudulent activity — including fake views, multiple account manipulation, or content abuse — may be permanently removed, and earnings may be forfeited.
5. Responsibilities During Account Creation
5.1 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during account registration must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Users must promptly update any changes in personal information.
Falsifying information may result in account suspension or termination.
5.2 Prohibited Behaviors
During registration, users must not:
Use false, misleading, or stolen information
Register accounts on behalf of others without consent
Create accounts to evade previous restrictions or suspensions
6. Account Security Obligations
6.1 Protecting Credentials
Users are fully responsible for keeping their login information confidential. Winderk is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from poor password management.
6.2 Reporting Breaches
Users must immediately report any:
Suspicious login activity
Unauthorized access attempts
Hacked or compromised accounts
Failure to report may result in loss of account protection under Winderk policies.
7. Account Termination and Suspension
7.1 Termination by User
Users may close their accounts at any time via Winderk account settings. Upon closure:
All personal content may be permanently deleted
Certain records may be retained for legal or security purposes
7.2 Termination by Winderk
Winderk may suspend or terminate accounts if users:
Violate Terms of Service or other policies
Provide false information
Engage in fraudulent or malicious activity
Termination may be immediate and without prior notice if the violation is severe.
8. Special Considerations for Minors
Accounts for users under 18 years old must comply with additional safety measures.
Parental consent may be required in certain jurisdictions.
Winderk reserves the right to restrict access or features for minors to comply with local law.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
Winderk is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from inaccurate information or failure to meet eligibility.
Users acknowledge that all activity on Winderk is at their own risk.
