By enrolling or participating in Winderk Monetization, you agree to the following:

4.3 Disqualification Triggers
A user may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed from the monetization system if they:

Reuse or download content from others.
Share misleading or false information.
Engage in excessive spam posting.
Manipulate likes, comments, or challenges for profit.
Create multiple accounts to exploit the “Free 10 Picks” program.
Consequences include:
Forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
Account demotion or restriction.
Exclusion from future monetization opportunities.
4.4 Reporting Fraud or Abuse
Winderk empowers users to report suspicious activity directly from any post, profile, or challenge.
Once flagged, the system launches an internal investigation within 48 hours to confirm if the report is valid.
Confirmed violations result in:
Removal from the program.
Public record of the violation on the user’s profile.
Blacklisting from future earnings or promotions.
4.5 Appeals Process
If your account is suspended or removed from the monetization program, you have the right to appeal.

4.7 Account Freezing & Reinstatement

Freezing happens when:

During freezing:

Users cannot withdraw funds.
