1. Purpose

Winderk’s Reporting & Enforcement Policy ensures the platform remains safe, fair, and trustworthy. It provides clear processes for users to report violations, outlines moderation practices, explains enforcement actions, and establishes appeal procedures. The policy protects both users and the integrity of Winderk.


 

2. Reporting Violations

  • Who Can Report: Any registered user or partner noticing content that violates Winderk Community Standards or other policies.

  • What Can Be Reported: Harassment, spam, illegal activity, copyrighted content violations, misinformation, and inappropriate material.

  • Reporting Channels:

Reporting Flow:

  1. User identifies a potential violation.

  2. User submits a report with optional evidence (screenshots, links).

  3. Automated acknowledgment sent to the reporter.

  4. Moderators review report using AI-assisted and human review systems.

  5. Decision recorded and communicated to the reporter within 48–72 hours.


 

3. Moderation & Enforcement Tools

  • Moderation Principles: Fairness, consistency, context-awareness, and proportionality.

  • Moderation Actions:

    • Warning: Minor first-time infractions.

    • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations.

    • Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated serious violations.

  • Strike System:

    • Strike 1: Warning

    • Strike 2: Temporary suspension

    • Strike 3: Account termination


 

4. Appeals Process

  • Users can appeal enforcement actions within 7 days.

  • Appeals reviewed by senior moderators not involved in the original decision.

  • Final decision communicated to the user with explanation of outcome.


 

5. Transparency & Reporting

  • Winderk publishes periodic transparency reports summarizing moderation actions, user strikes, and policy updates.

  • Users are encouraged to self-regulate and promote community safety.

  • Feedback from the community helps refine enforcement practices.
